Systeme Ouvert's executive team consists of the following individuals:

John Fitzpatrick

John founded Systeme Ouvert in 1994 after working for leading systems provider Logica (now LogicaCMG) and the IT Group of Credit Suisse Financial Products.  John's time at these two leading organisations shaped his appreciation for developing quality IT systems that support clients’ business requirements.

This experience led to the creation of Systeme Ouvert’s Software Development Philosophy.  It is the use of the approaches, techniques and quality system embodied by this philosophy that have built and maintained Systeme Ouvert’s prestigious client list.

John holds a 1st class BSc in Physics from Manchester University.

Paul Fitzpatrick

Paul joined Systeme Ouvert in 2002 to lead the company’s business development programme.  At the core of this programme is the ambition to position Systeme Ouvert as an expert in supporting and enhancing legacy bespoke IT systems on a Microsoft platform.

Prior to joining Systeme Ouvert, Paul spent 6 years as a strategy consultant at Accenture, the world’s leading business and technology consulting firm.  During this period Paul advised clients such as BT, Shell and the BBC on new business opportunities and the future impact of new technologies on their business models.

Paul holds a BSc in Chemistry from Manchester University and an MBA from City University Business School.
